- How can I attend a webinar?
You can check the schedule here and reserve your seat by using the registration form. You will get an email confirming your registration with the like to Zoom meeting. Some of the webinars are open to the public.
- CAN I CANCEL MY PLAN ANYTIME?
Yes, you can cancel anytime even though I.G.N.i.T.E. Coaching requires a year of commitment at minimum. The setup charge is non-refundable. In case you received grants and would like to cancel your membership within a year, the grant should be paid back. If you want to cancel your membership, log in to your account page and click and follow the membership cancelation menu item. All you have to do is to submit a short online form. It takes a minute.
- Do you provide cohort membership at a district, a conference level?
District Superintendents or connectional ministry strategists are the ones who often recognize the importance and the value of I.G.N.i.T.E. Church Online Hub. Please contact us here for a bulk membership of 10 or more.
- does The membership enrollment require a payment for one year?
There are two payment plans:
- Yearly
- Monthly
The yearly payment plan gets the most discounts since it helps us reduce the operational overhead.
